How long does it take to ship my order?
All the orders/artwork are shipped within 2 business days unless otherwise noted. Custom artwork will be shipped during the timeframe agreed upon during the consultation.
How can I track my package?
Do you accept returns?
No returns are accepted on original artwork and one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces. For printed products, please refer to the return policy here.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not accept exchanges of products. If you need assistance with your order, please contact us at me@xizhouxie.com
Do you have a physical store/gallery?
Yes! You can visit the Art by Xizhou Xie Gallery by appointment, or during Open Gallery events.
Can I pick up my order from your gallery?
Absolutely! We can arrange local pickup at the gallery
Do you accept commissions?
I love doing commissions for clients that are in my current style. There is a $500 commission minimum and the pricing is based on the size and complexity of the work. Please view more details here. If you are interested, please send me an email at me@xizhouxie.com.
Who owns the artwork?
I retain all rights to all artwork I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold & commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make and sell reproductions of any artwork I create, whether commissioned or not.
The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission.
How do you pronounce your name?
My first name is Xizhou, pronounced as “she-joe”. It means a canoe that carries hope.
My last name is Xie, pronounced as “shieh”.
